Step into the world of Italian pizza through an immersive experience guided by Chef Claudio Gaglione. From dough preparation to baking, this pizza class is designed for those who wish to discover the secrets behind one of the most iconic symbols of Italian culinary tradition. FORMAT: - Duration: approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes - Price: €195,00 per person, minimum of 2 participants - Included services: Welcome aperitif, hands-on class focused on traditional Neapolitan pizza and one dessert, Costa d’Amalfi DOC wine pairing, branded gifts (Il Pirata apron, Il Pirata tote bag, pen and notepad). PROGRAM: 14:00 – 14:15 Meet the Chef, welcome aperitif and a glass of Prosecco 14:15 – 15:00 You will get your hands in the dough and, step by step, learn how to prepare authentic Neapolitan pizza. The experience continues with the preparation of a dessert. 15:00 – 15:30 You will enjoy the pizza prepared during the class on the stunning Sky Terrace. Changes and Cancellation Policy
BOOKING TERMS: To confirm the reservation, a deposit of €20,00 per person is required and will be charged at the time of booking the lesson. The remaining balance shall be settled on site on the day of the experience. CHANGES: The reservation date may be modified subject to our availability by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. CANCELLATION POLICY: • Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the experience date are eligible for a 100% refund. • Cancellations made between 6 and 3 days prior to the experience date are eligible for a 50% refund. • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience date.
